You and visit our approved hosting page and click on the links to these hosting companies. What do I need to do before I purchase a template or custom design? TOP You can purchase a template or custom design at any time. If you already have your hosting package at one of our approved hosts then I can get in to your site setup sooner. If you don't have hosting yet, can still make a purchase from us. After you purchase from us, please go to the host you plan to sign up with and sign up right away. I just purchased a premade template. How soon until it is customized and installed? TOP Customization and installation of premade templates is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours of your order confirmation and payment....provided you already have your hosting in place. If your hosting is not setup, it will take extra time depending on what host you go with and how long it takes them to get your site setup on their side. I just purchased a custom design package. How long will it take to complete my custom design? TOP Custom designs take longer than premade templates to complete since it is customized to you. There is a lot more work involved than if I were just to customize a premade template. Will I be able to maintain my site once it is completed? TOP Yes, you will be able to update pages and add your products through your admin section of your hosting plan. It will be different depending on what host you go with. What types of payments does Scrapless Creations accept? TOP We currently accept PayPal as a form of payment. We also accept the following credit cards through a secure server:
Does Scrapless Creations do any website maintenance? TOP Yes, site maintenance is available. Just email for a quote. You can also check out the 'website services' category to see what I charge for the services that I offer. Does Scrapless Creations accept payments or do lay-a-ways? TOP Occassionally Scrapless Creations will accept payments on custom designs. If you want to do a payment plan, contact me. Normally a payment plan will consist of 50% deposit to begin the custom design. The remainder 50% will be due when I finish the custom design and before I will install the design. I made a deposit on a custom design and I no longer want to do a custom design. Can I get my deposit back? TOP No. Due to the nature of services offered on a custom design there are no refunds. The deposit is kept because of the time that I have already spent on doing your custom design. |
